We're all adapting to survive and thrive during this pandemic.  Scroll down to see how we are protecting you, and keeping our employees safe.

Cleaning and sanitation

  • We sanitize all surfaces and high touch areas 4 times a day with disinfectant approved by the FDA and CDC to kill emerging pathogens.  Every table is disinfected to CDC guidelines between every seating.

  • We wash our hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds, before preparing your food and drinks, and after every transaction, as well as every 30 minutes just for extra precaution.

  • We all wear cloth, dual thickness masks at all times while in the restaurant.

  • All ready to eat items are handled with gloves, tongs, or spoons.

health monitoring

  • We monitor the health of all of our employees.

  • Temperature and symptom checks are taken and recorded at the beginning and end of every shift.

  • Employees who have any respiratory symptoms are excluded from work until they are symptom free. (so far we haven't had anyone have to stay home, we're staying healthy!)

Guest SEating and Safety

  • Denver local regulations require all guests to wear masks while waiting for a table, or while not seated at their table (on the way to the restroom, etc.) for the safety of other guests and staff.

  • Contact information for at least one member of the party will be taken, we will follow the Denver Public Health guidelines should there be any exposure to Covid 19.

  • Walk-in parties who are waiting for their table are asked to wait outside, or in a waiting area apart from normal traffic flow.

  • All employees wear masks at all times.

  • Table visits are minimized to reduce contact.

  • All items on your table are single use, menus, condiments, water pitchers, etc.

  • Due to capacity restrictions, there is a set time for a reservation or walk-in depending on the size of the party.  Outdoor seating is available, however outdoor seating is not reservable, and is on a first come-first-served basis.  Reservations are strongly encouraged.

  • Maximum indoor capacity of the restaurant is 50 people.  Tables must be a minimum of 6 feet apart, and parties must be of 8 or fewer people.  Intermingling of parties is prohibited, nor is communal or bar seating allowed.
