Cleaning and sanitation

  • We sanitize all surfaces and high touch areas 4 times a day with disinfectant approved by the FDA and CDC to kill emerging pathogens.

  • We wash our hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds, before preparing your food and drinks, and after every transaction, as well as every hour just for extra precaution.

  • We all wear cloth, dual thickness masks at all times while in the restaurant.

  • We wear single use gloves while preparing your food and drinks.  When we hand you your order, we are wearing fresh gloves, and immediately remove them and wash our hands before moving on to our next task.

minimal contact ordering and delivery

  • Your order is taken over the phone or online.

  • Payments are made over the phone by credit card for a touchless payment process.

  • No guests are ever inside the restaurant, we hand your order to you from our patio or front door.  

health monitoring

  • We monitor the health of all of our employees.

  • Temperature and symptom checks are taken and recorded at the beginning and end of every shift.

  • Employees who have any respiratory symptoms are excluded from work until they are symptom free. (so far we haven't had anyone have to stay home, we're staying healthy!)
