New Menu - And Late-Night Menu - For Fall!

If you've visited The Pig & The Sprout, you already know that our menu reflects the dual nature of our name. For years our owner Andy Ganick had envisioned opening a restaurant with a truly balanced menu concept, both "Pig" (hearty, meat-focused fare) and "Sprout" (vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian items).

We always have a blast creating new menu items and we like to change things up with the seasons, plus we wanted to expand our offerings to include even more vegetarian and gluten-free small plates, sandwiches and entrees. Chef Ed and crew have spent the past few months honing prospective new menu items (and our lucky staff got to be guinea pigs). We officially rolled out our fall menu this month and beefed up our late-night menu. So far customer feedback has been pretty spectacular.

To kick off our menu rollout, we've partnered with Feast Locally, a members-only dining club that offers exclusive discounts to Denver's best and new restaurants, for the month of November. Members will receive a 20% discount on their entire bill at the Pig & The Sprout for the month of November every time they visit.
